Shipping and Returns Policy


Processing time

The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Returns and exchanges

I have every confidence in my products. However, if you are in any way dissatisfied with your purchase, please return it to me within 14 days in its original condition, for a refund or replacement. I gladly accept returns and exchanges. Just contact me within: 14 days of delivery. Ship items back to me within: 30 days of delivery.

In the event of goods arriving damaged or not as ordered, please inform me within 48 hours, and I will be happy to replace them. I'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of my error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc).

I don't accept cancellations for:

  • shipped orders
  • made to order items
  • custom or personalized orders
  • items on sale (international)

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, the following items can't be returned or exchanged:

  • made to order items
  • custom or personalized orders
  • Sales can be returned and refunded within 14 business days of receiving your item domestically (Spain), there are no refunds on international items.

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Free shipping is free one way only, because I pay it for you, but I can’t do it also for the returns.

If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.


Once items have been confirmed as shipped PJ3DArtist’s Shop is not responsible for loss, damages, or delays.
